📦 Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. Shipments are only made upon confirmation of advance payment. We work with registered CTT or carrier, always with a tracking code for your security.
⏰ What is the shipping time?
The delivery time for mainland Portugal is 3 to 5 business days, but usually the order arrives sooner. For other regions, the delivery time will be informed at the time of purchase.
💭 What if I buy it and don't like it? Can I return it?
Yes, we accept exchanges and returns within the legal period of 14 days, according to the conditions described in our exchange policy (except for personalized items or piercing earrings, for hygiene reasons).
🛍️ Do you have a physical store?
No, our store is exclusively online. But we are always available to clarify any doubts through social media.
If you prefer, you can also place your order online and pick it up in person in Viseu, by appointment — and thus avoid shipping costs.
